About this event
Travel back to Viking Dublin and discover the colourful craft of bead making at our Viking Bead Making Workshop at Dublinia.
Led by The School of Irish Archaeology, this hands-on workshop gives children the chance to explore how beads were made, traded, and worn during the Viking Age. Participants will learn about ancient glass bead making techniques before creating their own unique Viking-inspired necklace or bracelet to take home using safe, easy-to-use polymer clay.
Set within Dublinia’s immersive Viking setting, this fun, creative, and educational workshop brings the fascinating world of Viking Dublin to life for young explorers.
This is a free drop-in event, general admission is not included.
