More than a century after its release, the original 1920 Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde brings its tale of transformation, temptation and terror back to the big screen at The Lark. Part of Fingal Home of Halloween.

John Barrymore stars as the respectable Dr. Jekyll, whose experiments to separate the good and evil within himself unleash the sinister Mr. Hyde. Released in 1920, this silent adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson’s famous story features one of early cinema’s great horror performances, with Barrymore’s remarkable transformation helping make Hyde an enduring screen monster.
